Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Pawsome Life, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. Every order is prepared with care, and we always aim to deliver products you’ll love. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns, exchanges, and replacements.

Custom Portraits & Personalised Items

Because these products are made especially for you — and often based on your own photos — they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. This includes:

• Custom dog portraits (digital or printed)

• Personalised gifts with names, images, or custom text

However, your satisfaction matters to us. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

For portraits, we offer unlimited revisions before printing to make sure you love the final design.

Dog Accessories & Non-Personalised Items

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, as long as:

• The item is unused

• It is in its original packaging

• It is free from hair, dirt, or damage

If you’d like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you get your replacement as quickly as possible and allows us to process your original return efficiently.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact us within the relevant timeframe (7 days for faulty personalised items, 14 days for other items).

2. We’ll provide return instructions, including the return address.

3. Pack your item securely to prevent damage during transit.

4. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Important Notes

• We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned item.

• We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items returned outside of the stated timeframes.
